Interesting way of brushing your teeth. I have noticed that you didn't add that you needed to spit.
I always spit after I brush my tongue.
Do you not do this when you brush your teeth?.I have seen an ad on tv where the tooth fairy brushes a man's teeth and she tells him to 'spit',which he does,all over his pyjamas.
Probably not a good idea to brush your teeth in bed :).
